Prohibited AI Practice

Under the EU AI Act, AI applications deemed to pose unacceptable risks that are banned entirely. Includes AI systems using subliminal or manipulative techniques, exploiting vulnerabilities of specific groups, social scoring by governments, and real-time remote biometric identification in public spaces with limited exceptions. Prohibited practices took effect from 2 February 2025.
