Systemic Risk

Under the EU AI Act, the risk that GPAI models with very high training compute may pose risks at the level of the EU due to their reach, capabilities, or potential for misuse. Providers of GPAI models with systemic risk face additional obligations including adversarial testing, incident reporting, and cybersecurity measures.
